What we set out to do
The Challenge
Ascom required a large-scale, efficient rollout of their i63 Talker DECT handsets and associated charging equipment across a wide estate of retail and operational locations. The deployment needed to cover the entirety of the UK mainland, as well as more remote areas including Jersey, Guernsey, and the Shetland Islands — all within a tight project timeline and with minimal disruption to store operations.
Our Approach
Tesora was selected to manage the complete prestaging, configuration, and distribution of over 7,000 devices to more than 2,100 locations across the UK and surrounding islands. This included:
